Our Fee Structure
There are NO hidden fees
We never charge a fee to prospective purchasers.
We have three fee levels for vendors:
For properties marketed at a value of €100,000 or less.
A commission of 5% (+ IVA) of the sale price is payable on the successful completion of a sale of your property to a purchaser introduced by us.
For properties marketed at a value of between €100,000 - €500,000.
A commission of 4% (+ IVA) of the sale price is payable on the successful completion of a sale of your property to a purchaser introduced by us.
For properties marketed at a value greater than €500,000.
A commission of 3% (+ IVA) of the sale price is payable on the successful completion of a sale of your property to a purchaser introduced by us.
You will need to sign a simple agreement accepting our commission fees before we begin marketing your property. You can see the contract HERE.
We believe in transparency during every step of the buying and selling process, which is why we have kept our fee structure as simple as possible and visible for everyone.
All fee levels cover PR, paid social and listing on the following property portals:
Through the Properstar network, our clients' properties appear on 60 portals across 41 countries in Europe, North and South America, Oceania and Asia, with a reach of in excess of 76.93 million potential buyers and investors.
