€56,000

127 m2 Built Area
1,838 m2 adjacent land plus an additional 2,972 m2 plot (with well) over the lane.
Mains water and electricity
Septic tank drainage
This part of a former, larger farmhouse has a delightful, flat piece of land and its own well, and the house itself is solidly built despite needing restoration. There is a lot of character here, with exposed timber beams and tiled floors and the cottage has good, high ceilings throughout.
The land is the asset here, as it is flat and fertile. There would be plenty of space to install a swimming pool close to the house, still allowing for a lot of space for a garden or vegetable and fruit patch. Over the lane, there is a further strip of land with a well, and plenty of space for a smallholding or orchard.
The house itself is attached to the other part of the old farmhouse and this neighbouring property has been completely restored.
An exciting opportunity to create a charming and characterful home with a fabulous plot of land in a very lovely rural location.
