This property is definitely one of a kind, and sits on its own plot in a hugely characterful corner of the Barranco del Abogado, sitting high above the Realejo. The plot wraps itself around the whole property, but the bulk is to the front and one side.

There is a parking space immediately in front of the apartment and then a steep driveway down to a garage that sits beneath the terrace - a fabulous storage room that could be converted into additional accommodation if needed.

From the spacious terrace, there is a gate to the plot of land. The plot is steeply sloping, but this can be tiered or there is an option of building a deck that projects out over the land. There is a small existing building on the plot, possibly an old hut for livestock.

The land includes the lane that runs down to the house and up behind the building to the studio. The stairs to the studio are gated, but this little cube of a building could be such an exciting space as it has the most fabulous views, and the flat concrete roof could be made into a magical terrace.
