This village house, built in 1955, keeps on giving in terms of space and elements to surprise. It is an absolute bargain, given the accommodation that is on offer.

The property sits between two quiet streets with the main house being on Calle Doctor Fleming and the garage and outbuilding accessible via Calle Balcon de Granada above.

The main house is spacious and in good condition; it shows one or two signs of wear and tear but this is solely cosmetic.

One suggestion would be to replace the roof of the main house and create a stunning roof terrace with amazing views.

Main House

Ground Floor

Large living/dining room with an air-conditioning unit at one end.

Ground floor bedroom which could be another reception room or a study.

Kitchen and adjacent larder.

Utility room, family bathroom and a second kitchen with open fireplace. Shower room.

A door from the second kitchen opens into a patio area with access to the outbuildings at the rear.

First Floor

Three main bedrooms all which have sliding french windows and one bedroom has access to a sweet balcony at the front.

Bathroom.

There are two additional first floor rooms currently used for storage but that could be adapted to become additional bedrooms or a bedroom and additional bathroom. One of these store rooms has a door onto a first floor terrace.

Rear House

From the patio behind the main house, there is a flight of stairs that lead up through 3 further storeys to the top floor garage. Each floor has a collection of former agricultural spaces - a stable, hen coops, wood store etc.

This is an amazing space with enormous potential. If you didn’t fancy any building work, then the building can remain as a solid double garage with various floors of storage space below. Alternatively, this construction can be adapted to provide all manner of additional accommodation: a studio or office space for work; a teenager’s bedroom and bathroom; a gym and TV area. The possibilities are endless, but the garage is already very useful, with two large sliding doors onto the street.
