This is a large family house, with accommodation spread across 4 floors, two of which are in very good condition and the other two floors can be reformed to suit the specific requirements of the new owners. The exciting aspect of this property is that it has a secret walled garden on the lower ground floor with plenty of space for the installation of a plunge pool and the creation of a fabulous outdoor kitchen.
At the top of the house, there are two rooms that used to house animals and these could be reformed into additional bedrooms or a fabulous family living room with access to a very generous roof terrace - the views from here are spectacular.
Ground Floor
Spacious entrance hall.
Living room with double doors into the spacious dining room.
Kitchen (needs refitting) with a door onto a roof terrace and with access to a separate WC.
First Floor
4 very large bedrooms, two of which have french windows onto balconies at the front of the house and a third has access to a lovely balcony at the back. The views at the rear are lovely.
Large family bathroom.
Top Floor
There are two rooms that were originally used to house livestock and have original floorboards and timber ceiling beams. These rooms need reforming, but could be made into a lovely additional living room or bedroom space.
Huge roof terrace with commanding views over the surrounding landscapes.
Lower Ground Floor
There was originally a garage on the ground floor but a shower room has been created, using some of the garage space.
A concreted ramp leads down from the ground floor to the garden on the lower ground floor. To one side of the ramp, there are are three additional rooms, one of which has an open fireplace. This area could be remodelled to created a separate apartment or just as additional storage.
Boiler and oil tank for the central heating.
Large metal doors open onto the walled garden - a lovely oasis with pear and apple trees and a healthy grapevine. There are two outhouses here that could either be removed or used to create an outdoor kitchen. There is more than enough space for the installation of a plunge pool.
