CALLE ALFONSO XII 25, SANTA CRUZ DEL COMERCIO, GRANADA

€50,000

123m2 Built Area

  • 3 Bedrooms

  • Living Room

  • Kitchen

  • Utility Patio

  • Bathroom

  • Top Floor Store Room that could easily become a roof terrace

  • Additional Top Floor Room that could be used as a summer living room

For the price, this is a very sound village house in a solid condition but that could be further transformed to provide some lovely outdoor or partially-outdoor spaces. The top floor, in particular, provides opportunities for some beautiful additional living spaces. The new owners can move in straight away and just make adjustments to create the home they want.

    Ground Floor

The front door to the property opens directly into a comfortable living room and from here there is access to a rear hall.

Kitchen with space for a breakfast table. Understairs storage cupboard and access to a rear patio that serves as a laundry area. There is a former corner fireplace that could be adapted to be used as a barbecue.

    First Floor

There are two first floor bedrooms, one of which leads into the front bedroom and gives access to the bathroom.

    Top Floor

The floor with plenty of potential. The stairs run up to the top floor bedroom and then there is access to a rear room that could be made into a lovely roof terrace - remove the roof and that’s all you’d need to do.

The front room is a former secadero where vegetables and cured meats were hung to dry but it could be a lovely outdoor, covered kitchen or summer living room with great views.

In summary, this is a good investment at a good price and ready to be occupied. However, there are enhancements that could be made to create additional accommodation to suit individual needs.
