This solid village property offers a great opportunity to create a spacious family home or a Bed & Breakfast with revenue-generating possibilities. The accommodation is flexible and presents a range of options. The kitchen needs to be created or relocated, and there is the option of having a large garage/workshop.

Ground Floor

The double front doors open into the main living room and there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Either of these bedrooms could be used as additional living space - a separate dining room, for example, or a larger living room. Bathroom with shower.

The kitchen used to be a large garage and it would be possible to reinstate the garage and move the kitchen to another part of the ground floor, depending on requirements. However, the area does provide plenty of space for a large kitchen and dining area with an adjacent walk-in store room.

First Floor

At the top of the stairs there is a spacious landing or small sitting room - useful if the property were to be used as Bed & Breakfast accommodation.

4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a door onto the large roof terrace from where there are lovely views towards the mountains on either side of the Ruta del Gollizno. The other three first floor bedrooms have doors that open onto a balcony.

The property is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac near the centre of the village of Olivares, and so it is very quiet. Given that the street is at one of the higher points of the village, the views from the roof terrace and balcony and open and lovely.

OLIVARES is one of the larger villages in the municipality of Moclín and has a number of bars, a small supermarket, pharmacy, GP centre, library and primary school. There are regular buses to and from Granada. The beautiful and well-known hiking route, La Ruta del Gollizno, passes through the village and the area attracts many hikers and cyclists, particularly at the weekends and over public holidays.

In summary, this large house offers the opportunity to create a lovely home with some interior redecoration and rearrangement.
